Terms and Conditions for Social Town: 

 

1. Service Availability & Refund Policy

- Social Town strives to maintain uninterrupted access to all services; however, there may be instances of temporary downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions.

- In such cases, no refund, adjustment, or compensation will be provided for the period during which services are inactive, delayed, or unavailable.

- Once payment has been added to a user’s Social Town account, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred, regardless of service status or availability.

- Users acknowledge that service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, server maintenance, or external factors beyond Social Town’s control.

 

2. Payment Services:

- Only payments made through Paytm or PhonePe applications will be accepted for transactions on the Social Town platform. Payments made through any other payment app or method will not be processed or added to the user's account.

- Once a payment is successfully added to the user's account on the Social Town platform or could not be added if its been more than 24 hrs since the payment is done, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances. Users are advised to carefully review their orders and ensure accuracy before making payment, as refunds will not be issued for any reason.

 

3. QR Code Verification:

   - Users are advised to always verify the QR code provided on the platform before making any payment.

   - Social Town will not be responsible for any transactions made using incorrect or outdated QR codes.

 

4. Updated Terms:

   - Users are encouraged to regularly review and stay updated on the terms and conditions of Social Town's services.

   - Social Town reserves the right to update, modify, or change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

5. Payment Method:

   - Paytm/ PhonePe is the preferred and recommended payment method for transactions on Social Town.

   - Users are required to strictly adhere to the Paytm/ PhonePe payment method as specified by Social Town. Alternative payment methods may not be accepted.

 

6. Account Responsibility:

   - Users are solely responsible for the security of their accounts and payment information.

   - Social Town will not be liable for any unauthorized access to user accounts or misuse of payment information.

 

7. Prohibited Activities:

   - Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activities on the Social Town platform, including but not limited to, chargebacks, unauthorized refunds, or payment disputes.

   - Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

 

8. Communication:

   - Users consent to receive communications from Social Town regarding their orders, payments, and account status via email, ticket, or other electronic means.

 

9. Account Termination and Penalty Clause:

   - At any point, if a customer is found to be unserviceable due to inappropriate behavior, messages, policy violations, or any other reason deemed valid by the Social Town team, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate their account without prior notice. Additionally, a penalty or service charge may be levied on such accounts, and the amount of this charge will be determined solely at the discretion of Social Town.

 

By using the services provided by Social Town, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of services.
